Anne Jullieth Pinheiro

Anne Jullieth Pinheiro began dancing in Brazil at the age of three.  She graduated from the Lenir Argento State School of Dance and Ballet Helly Batista before moving to continue her training on full scholarship at the Especial Academia de Ballet. During that time she was also a junior trainee at Cia Brasileira de Dancas Classicas.  Ms. Pinheiro performed at a variety of festivals and competitions receiving many awards.  She represented Brazil at YAGP New York finals in 2014 2015, 2016 and 2017, Prix de Lausanne in 2017.  She was a finalist in the Moscow International Ballet Competition in 2017 and Varna Ballet Competition in 2018.  Ms. Pinheiro began her professional career at age 17 joining Cisne Negro Cia de Danca in Brazil. She stands out in leading roles in Esmeralda, Le Corsiare, La Bayadere, Coppelia, Don Quixote, Diana and Acteon, Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Giselle and Sleeping Beauty among others.  Ms. Pinheiro joined DANB in 2022. She is a confident performer whose natural acting, stage presence, energy and natural ease will delight audiences.
