Ashley is the Development Director for Dance Alive. In her role she works with both corporate and individual donors to further enhance the Dance Alive mission through philanthropy. With over 15 years of fundraising and development experience, Ashley has extensive management and strategic campaign planning experience. She earned her Masters of Public Administrative degree and never looked back! Working with local and national non-profits, as well as several institutions of higher education over the years, Ashley enjoys both the challenges and opportunities that arise in her field.

Prior to joining Dance Alive, Ashley worked at the University of Florida Foundation for over 12 years, most recently in the role of the Executive Director for University Initiatives. She oversaw the fundraising efforts for several large-scale capital building projects as well as a range of scholarship programs and special projects across campus.

An artist at heart and a long-time supporter of dance and the arts, Ashley is thrilled to be able to bring awareness and financial support to Dance Alive. When not working on special fundraising projects, Ashley also owns a boutique floral design company, Garden and Grace Florals, which she enjoys on the weekends. She and her husband, Douglas, have three children and one very rambunctious dog, Barkley.
